Thank you to the Red Lion Hotel for volunteering to have our ten large trees displayed in the Warrior Conference Room! They are helping to continue the tradition of viewing our uniquely decorated trees while you enjoy holiday cheer!

We would like to encourage all participants to please wear your face masks and practice social distancing when viewing the trees. Again, your health and well-being is our first priority!
The Community Tree Viewing is a can't-miss opportunity for families and children of all ages!

Live Online Gala Auction | Saturday, November 21, 2020 - 5:30 PM

Experience the valley's premier holiday event, the 36th Annual Festival of Trees Live Online Gala Auction! It promises to be an exciting evening that all can participate in, from the comfort of your own home while supporting your community owned and operated hospital.

You will have a chance to take home one of the live auctioned festively decorated trees, or other live auction items, just in time for the holiday season! Returning this year is Festival Auctioneer Jeff Owens, of Spokane, WA, and Emcee Scott Henderson, of Clarkston, WA. Both have a passion for supporting the Festival of Trees and the Tri-State Hospital Foundation.

You won't want to miss out on the full Festival of Trees experience in your own home! We are offering an elegant curbside to-go four-course dinner at $40 per person, prepared by Chef Mat Morgan with Tri-State Memorial Hospital. To order, call 509.758.5511 ext. 2570 or email mmorgan@tsmh.org by Wednesday, November 18, at 5:00PM. Pickup will start at 4:00PM on Saturday, November 21, on the east side of the hospital (look for signs), plus it will come in a Tri-State Memorial Hospital complimentary tote. The menu includes:

  • Savory poached pear with chevre'mousse, crisped prosciutto, and spiced pecans
  • Classic Wedge Salad with aTwist, Smoked Dungeness Crab, heirloomtomatoes, pickled onions and carrots with house-made blue cheese and ranchdressing
  • Mat’s Cuisine: 12oz Prime Ribsmoked with Mat’s special seasoning or Sweet Water Duck, withroasted brussels sprouts with bacon jam and lemon aioli, and loaded baby bakedpotatoes
  • A mouth-watering Chocolate Torte with dark spiced cherries and white chocolate ganache

A special order from Jollymore’s for Festival of Trees consists of a three-course meal specially prepared by Chef Aaron Jollymore. This menu would be a package for 2 people for $95 plus tax. Call to pre-order through Jollymore’s at 208.743.9448 by Wednesday, November 18, for pickup on Saturday, November 21, between 4:30PM – 5:00PM. The menu includes:

  • Warm beet and brussel sprout salad with apricot vinaigrette, bacon, hazelnuts, dried cranberries, and goat cheese. Served with warm rolls and compound butters
  • Slow roasted beef tenderloin 20oz portion to slice, peppercorn red winedemi-glace, baked Palouse potatoes, and roasted brown butter sage carrots
  • Maple bread pudding with pumpkin ice cream and salted caramel

  • Porcini mushroom pasta: porcini mushrooms, walnuts, cream, and pasta with a hint of cheese: $12
  • Homestyle baked brioche bread pudding with whisky cream: $3
